The day before, pour the cold coffee into ice cube trays and place in the freezer overnight.
To make the almond milk, put the almond butter, cinnamon with the water and agave syrup in the blender and puree until the desired consistency is achieved.
Pour the almond milk into 2 pretty glasses, add the coffee ice cubes and serve immediately.
Tip: You can also use silicone molds for pralines to make ice cubes.
