Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves and let them drain briefly. Halve the avocado and remove the pulp with a spoon. Squeeze the lemon and collect the juice, about 1 tablespoon of it is needed. Wash and shake the grapes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a smoothie maker or stand mixer and puree for approx. 30 seconds until creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is a bit too bitter afterwards, you can add another splash of lemon juice and optionally more mint or lemon balm leaves. These weaken the somewhat bitter taste of the aloe vera juice. Then the personal palate is required. For an even fresher taste experience, especially in the warm summer time, crushed ice can be added.
  4. Garnish the smoothie with a little lemon balm and serve.
