Instructions

  1. Let the aloe vera bleed for about 5 minutes, if it has just been cut off. Then wash and carefully peel lengthways. Pour the contents into a tall mixing cup. Then peel, dice and add the ginger, do the same with the cucumber. Peel the lemon with a sharp knife, chop it roughly and add to the remaining ingredients with the sugar. These are then finely pureed with a hand blender (the lemon kernels, if any, are finely chopped up and do not interfere) and divided into 2 glasses. They can then be topped up with water.
  2. Thanks to ginger, citrus fruit and aloe vera, the smoothie is a real vitamin bomb with lots of vitamin C and also strengthens the immune system.
