Prepare the fruits and put them in a suitable container. Bring the sugar and water to the boil until the sugar has dissolved, allow to cool and pour over the fruit. Add the well-chilled Altbier shortly before serving.
Instead of the self-made syrup, you can also use a good shot of raspberry syrup that has been purchased and diluted accordingly.
Annotation:
If the punch seems too harmless in this mixture, the Altbierbowle can be reinforced with a shot of grain or another tasteless clear. However, the addition of schnapps should not exceed 6 cl in these quantities.
