Instructions
Beat the softened butter until foamy. Add eggs and possibly herbs, season. Mix in as many breadcrumbs as the dough absorbs. Let the dough swell a little.
Boil broth. Shape the dough into small dumplings and cook in the broth for only a few minutes.
