  1. Put the amaranth, golden millet, raisins and spices in a saucepan with the water and bring to the boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the berries and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in the almonds and honey. Serve with the crushed linseed and fresh berries.
