• 1 glass amarena cherry (s)
• 500 g quark
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 2 tablespoons juice from the Amarena cherries
• 1 cup cream
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
• Amarettini

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the quark, vanilla sugar and cherry juice until smooth. Then fold in the cream. Fold in the cherries, except for a few cherries to decorate.
2. Spread the amarettini on the bottom of 4 small glass bowls. Spread the quark on top. Decorate the cherries and other amerettini on top of the quark.
