- From the apples (which are flavored - Cox is good) cook an apple puree that is not too thin (without sugar!). Let this cool down well.
- Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is very stiff. Crumble the amarettini finely with a magic wand or under a kitchen towel
- Then layer everything in a glass bowl:
- Apple mash
- crumbled amarettinis
- cream
- to repeat
- Last layer should be cream. This can then be decorated with small amarettis.
