• 1 ½ kg apples

• 1 bag biscuit (s) (Amarettini, Italian almond biscuits) large
• 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. From the apples (which are flavored - Cox is good) cook an apple puree that is not too thin (without sugar!). Let this cool down well.
2. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is very stiff. Crumble the amarettini finely with a magic wand or under a kitchen towel
3. Then layer everything in a glass bowl:

8. Last layer should be cream. This can then be decorated with small amarettis.
