Mix the mascarpone with quark and yoghurt to a smooth mass. Sweeten them with powdered sugar as desired.
Put the frozen raspberries in a large bowl or in glasses and spread the slightly chopped amarettini over them. Then layer the mascarpone mixture and sprinkle it with cocoa powder. 1 - 2 whole raspberries or a few mint leaves are suitable for decoration.
