Crumble the four ladyfingers in a bowl and mix with the amaretto. Remove the waffle base from the chocolate kiss and set aside. Mix the foam mixture with the quark, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Clean and chop the strawberries.
Pour half of the amaretto crumbs into two glasses. Put the foam mixture on top. Scatter half of the strawberries over the foam mixture. Now distribute the remaining crumbs over the strawberries. Place the remaining strawberries on top and garnish each glass with half a waffle.
