Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder together.
Grease a cup cake pan with margarine and line with breadcrumbs. Slide a wire shelf onto the second rail from the bottom of the oven. Set the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
Put the oil in a mixing bowl. Put a sieve over it. Now sift the vanilla sugar with the powdered sugar into the oil. Put the sieve aside. Mix the whole thing with the mixer. Then gradually add the eggs and stir in. Put the sieve back on. Mix the cornstarch, flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in. Finally stir the amaretto into the mixture. When all the ingredients have been mixed together, the batter will be pretty runny. But that shouldn`t put you off, because this is spot on. Pour the batter into the greased cup cake pan.
Put in the preheated oven and bake for approx. 50-60 minutes.
Tip: If you want, you can cover the cake with a powdered sugar and amaretto glaze.
