• 2 glasses morello cherries
• 1 bottle amaretto
• 1 bottle white wine or rosé
• 0.33 liters apple juice
• 1 bottle sparkling wine or Prosecco

Instructions

1. Put the morello cherries with the juice and the amaretto in a bowl and leave to stand overnight.
2. The next day add the wine and apple juice.
3. Add the sparkling wine just before serving.
4. All liquids must be or be chilled well.
