• 2 cl amaretto
• 2 cl orange juice
• Sparkling wine, dry (to fill up)
• 0.5 ½ orange (n) - slice, decoration
• 1 cherry (s) (cocktail cherry), decoration
• ice

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add 2 cl amaretto and 2 cl orange juice to the shaker
3. Shake for 10 seconds
4. Strain into a champagne glass
5. Top with dry sparkling wine to fill the glass
6. Place an orange slice on the rim with a cocktail cherry
