Instructions

1. Heat the amaretto over low heat for 1 minute
2. Pour the warmed amaretto into a tall glass
3. Pour the hot coffee into the glass
4. Slowly pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a coffee spoon to float it on top
5. Serve immediately
