Instructions

  1. Separate eggs. Put the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla pulp and amaretto in a metal bowl and whip over a warm water bath until frothy. Add the seed oil and beat the mixture again until cold. Fold in the whipped cream, place in the ice cream maker and freeze until creamy.
