Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 30 g chocolate, white (finely chop)
• 1 pinch cinnamon, (well heaped)
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 cl amaretto, possibly a little more

Instructions

1. Finely chop the white chocolate.
2. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until steaming.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until fully dissolved.
4. Stir in the cinnamon, sugar, and 2 cl amaretto, adding a bit more to taste if desired.
5. Pour into a cup and serve.
