Instructions

  1. Place the amarettini biscuits in a bowl, pour the amaretto over them and let soak for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the sour cream until smooth. Stir in the ricotta and powdered sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Add the soaked amarettini and stir until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into dessert glasses and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
  5. Top with 2 amarettini and serve.
