Instructions

  1. Place the amarettini in a bowl, pour the amaretto over them and let soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the sour cream in a bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth, stir in the ricotta and powdered sugar until the powdered sugar has dissolved. Add the soaked amarettini and mix the cream well.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  4. Pour the cream into dessert glasses and place in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
  5. Put some fruit and 2 amarettini on the cream and serve.
