Instructions

  1. Mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and arrack together.
  2. Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out and heat while stirring. Mix with the cream mixture, let it set a little.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff, add half of it to the mixture. Fill alternately with cherries in 4 glasses, decorate with cream.
