- Bean Sauce:
- Dice the onion, fry.
- Add the beans, season with Tabasco and cook for 5 minutes.
- Egg american:
- Whisk eggs with sour cream, season with salt and pepper and place in a pan.
- Do not stir, just let fry. Quarter after approx. 4 minutes, turn over and finish frying.
- Fry the bacon slices in a pan until crispy.
- Toast the toast slices.
- Place the egg on the toast slices, then cover the fried bacon with the bean sauce, done.
