Whisk 2 eggs and turn the toast in them. Fry in a hot pan with a little butter (like Poor Knights, but don`t deep fry!).
Fry the sausages and bacon in a second pan. Flatten the bacon with a fork so that it doesn`t curl too much. Let the sausages fry until they are nice and dark brown.
Put the toast (= French toast) aside and beat the two remaining eggs into scrambled eggs and prepare. Refine with a little salt, pepper and cheese, grated to taste.
Arrange toast, bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs on a plate and pour the maple syrup over everything!
It might sound weird at first, sausages and syrup, but the taste is just insane! Unfortunately, you can`t eat too often (calories!), But every now and then as a brunch it is really great!
