• 250 ml mustard, yellow, medium hot
• 125 ml apple cider vinegar
• 60 ml molasses
• 60 ml honey
• 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours before use.
2. Makes approx. 500 ml barbecue sauce. Goes well with grilled chicken and pork.
