The toast slices are lightly toasted in the toaster. The mayonnaise and mustard are mixed with lemon, salt and pepper to a fine mass.
Now brush one side of the toast with the mayo mustard mixture. Put a lettuce leaf on top, the bacon and the cucumber and / or tomato slices.
Spread the next slice of toast on both sides and place on top. Put another leaf of lettuce on top, then the cheese and meat. Finally, put on the third slice of toast, which has been coated on one side with the cream again.
Fix with two toothpicks and cut diagonally. The club sandwiches are served with salted chips.
