Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light and thick. Then add the milk, 130 ml cream, the spices, the amaretto, rum and cognac.
  2. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for up to 5 hours or use immediately.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff and whip the rest of the cream. Fold both into the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon before serving.
