Mix the parmesan, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in a bowl. Dry the sliced potatoes well with kitchen paper, then place in a bowl and mix well with 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour the parmesan mixture onto the potatoes and mix in carefully.
Put the potato slices in the baking pan. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes. Then turn the potatoes over once and bake for another 15-20 minutes, they should be golden brown and crispy.
Take the pan out of the oven and serve the potatoes with sour cream if necessary.
