Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes, quench, peel, let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, onions, mustard, horseradish, garlic, celery, spring onion and celery seeds. Carefully fold in the sliced potatoes and eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
