In a bowl, stir the butter or margarine with the sugar until creamy. Add the egg and honey and mix well with a whisk. Mix the flour with the spices and stir into the mixture with a dough hook.
Put the dough in a cool place for at least half an hour.
Then shape it into balls about the size of a hazelnut and toss in white sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 8-10 minutes and let cool down briefly on the tray.
These cookies taste super flavorful and crispy. If you don`t want cookies that are too sweet, simply reduce the amount of sugar in the dough.
