Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees). Mix the oil and salt and brush the chicken wings with it. Then place on the wire rack in the preheated oven, using a drip pan or similar. underlay and fry for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the sauce and brush the chicken wings with them.
Increase the temperature to 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees), turn the chicken wings after 5 minutes, brush with the sauce and fry for at least another 5 minutes. When the chicken wings are nice and brown, they are ready.
