Bring the carrots to a boil in a saucepan with the water, reduce the heat and simmer the carrots until soft for 7 to 10 minutes.
While the carrots are simmering, put the orange juice, mango chutney, butter, ginger, garlic and curry in a saucepan and heat on the stove, the butter should be melted. Drain the finished carrots and add to the orange juice mixture, carefully combining everything. Season to taste, add a little salt if necessary.
