• 500 g quark
• 0.5 ½ cup cream
• Lemon juice
• Sugar for the curd
• 0.5 liter ½ milk
• 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
• 2 tablespoons sugar for the pudding
• 1 glass applesauce

Instructions

1. Cook the custard according to the instructions, place in a glass bowl and let cool. Mix the quark with the cream, add lemon juice and sugar to taste and layer on top of the cooled pudding. Spread the applesauce evenly on top.
2. Serve well chilled.
