Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes. Then peel and let cool.
  2. Then cut into small cubes and place in a bowl. Peel or clean the onions and spring onions and cut into thin rings. Wash, dry and chop the herbs. Add everything to the potatoes. Add lemon juice, oil and salt and mix everything carefully and well. Season again to taste and, if necessary, salt and add more lemon juice.
  3. Delicious and light as a grill side dish in summer.
