- Wash the chilli peppers, cut into small cubes and set aside.
- Mix the apple juice with the preserving sugar, add the spices and chilli cubes and bring to the boil.
- Let this cook for 5 minutes, then fish out the cloves.
- Make a gelling test and, if it fits, add the rum and the amaretto.
- Now fill into clean glasses and let cool down as usual.
- Also goes very well with cheese.
