• 2 scoops ice cream, vanilla or nut ice cream, depending on your taste
• 4 cl liqueur (nut liqueur)
• 200 ml milk
• some whipped cream
• Cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients except the cream in a shaker or a large screw-top jar and shake well. Pour into a tall glass, put on a whipped cream, dust with cocoa and sprinkle a few brittle grains on top.
