Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
  3. Whip the egg yolks with the remaining 4 tablespoons of sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the rum to the yolk mixture.
  5. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  6. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
  7. Divide the mousse into dessert glasses.
  8. Top each serving with chocolate curls.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
