Instructions

1. Beat the egg white with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff and set aside.
2. Whip the cream until stiff and add it.
3. Now whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until creamy, add the rum and carefully fold in the egg whites.
4. Fold in the cream and pour into dessert glasses.
5. Now decorate with the chocolate and chill for at least 2 hours.
