Knead a yeast dough from the first 5 ingredients and let rise for 45 minutes.
Roll out and brush with olive oil, sprinkle on the herbs and garlic granules and cut out rectangles with the pizza cutter.
Now take 2 of these rectangles and place them upright in a circle to form a narrow circle in the middle of a springform pan and place further rectangles around them until the dough is used up.
It now looks like a rose blossom, from which you can later pick off every leaf.
