• 500 g quark
• 120 g walnuts, (chopped)
• 100 ml milk
• 150 g honey
• 175 g cream cheese

Instructions

1. Mix the quark, cream cheese, milk and honey together well.
2. Set aside 4 nut halves for decoration, chop the remaining nuts and mix in.
3. Decorate with a little honey and a nut half and put in a cool place.
