- Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and place a ring on a plate.
- Season with salt and pepper, pluck the basil over the top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the toast until golden brown.
- Drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel, dice fresh garlic or sprinkle with granules and then cut into strips.
- Now stack these in the middle of the mozzarella ring.
