Ingredients

• 500 ml milk
• 1 pck. Custard powder, (vanilla flavor)
• 250 g quark
• 250 g strawberries, possibly use more)
• sugar
• honey

Instructions

1. Wash, clean and chop the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar as required.
2. Now cook the pudding according to the instructions, stir in the quark and season with honey to the desired sweetness.
3. Remove 60 g of the sweetened strawberries, puree and add to the pudding curd mass.
4. Add the remaining strawberries and pour into dessert glasses, put in a cool place.
5. Garnish nicely before serving.
