Instructions

  1. Cut the leek, zucchini and peppers into small pieces and cook in a saucepan with soy sauce for 5 minutes. Now add the vegetable stock and the bulgur, season well with salt, pepper and chilli. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the liquid is absorbed.
  2. Serve immediately. Also tastes great sprinkled with parmesan.
