Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries. Put 4 cherries aside, finely puree the remaining fruits.
  2. Whip the mascarpone with yoghurt, sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a little lemon zest until creamy and then stir in the cherry puree.
  3. Divide the cream into 4 glasses and serve decorated with 1 cherry each.
