Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. Shape the coarse sausage into small dumplings. Bring the stock to the boil, let the Balkan vegetables and sausage dumplings cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Finally add the noodles, the cocktail sausages and the halved tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
  4. For dessert, I always serve the children apple strudel with vanilla sauce or quark strudel with applesauce. That always goes down well!
