- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Shape the coarse sausage into small dumplings. Bring the stock to the boil, let the Balkan vegetables and sausage dumplings cook for 5 minutes.
- Finally add the noodles, the cocktail sausages and the halved tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with chives.
- For dessert, I always serve the children apple strudel with vanilla sauce or quark strudel with applesauce. That always goes down well!
