Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with milk or mineral water until smooth. Season to taste with lemon juice, maple syrup or honey and the spices. Mix in the diced plums and roasted nuts.
  2. Delicious for breakfast (also as a spread) or as a snack in between.
  3. Note: Fits well with the GLYX diet, as it is high in protein and low in fat and only allowed carbohydrates are used.
