Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and cook in salted water for about 4 minutes so that they are still firm to the bite.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cover an oiled tray with the potatoes in a fan shape, slightly overlapping. Spread the grated cheese on top. Place tomatoes and diced bacon on top of the pizza. Finally, place small blobs of crème fraîche on top and season with salt, pepper and chilli-garlic salt.
  3. Bake in the oven at approx. 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Tip: The pizza can be topped with anything that can be found in the kitchen, e.g., with ham, salami, peppers and olives.
