Peel and dice the onion. Wash, core and dice the peppers.
Heat some oil in a larger casserole and fry the diced onion and diced paprika in it. Push everything aside, let the sugar caramelize and then stir in the tomato paste. Now add the glass of Puszta salad with the liquid and let it simmer a little.
Deglaze with the tomatoes, fill up the pack with the water, also pour into the saucepan and stir well.
Now let everything simmer until the consistency is right. Season with curry powder, paprika and salt.
If you want the sauce to be hotter, you can season the sauce with Tabasco or stew a small chilli pepper from the start.
