It is very important not to use baking paper, but rather to coat the trays with butter and sift flour over them. Knock the rest of the flour off the baking sheet. The number of cookies is sufficient for 3 trays.
In the food processor, stir the eggs, anise and powdered sugar on the highest setting for 1 minute. Add the flour and baking powder and stir for another 3 minutes on the highest level.
Now use the piping bag to put small swabs on the tray. On a sheet of normal size you can place 7 across and 7 lengthways, i.e. 49 pieces.
Leave to dry for 12 hours or even better overnight at room temperature. Then you are really hard and dry.
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and bake the cookies for about 18-20 minutes. After the sheet has cooled down, the cookies peel off perfectly.
