Instructions

  1. Pour 700 ml of boiling water over the tea. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, stir in the rum.
  2. Cut the orange into slices and distribute between four glasses with the rock sugar. Add half a cinnamon stick and a piece of star anise.
  3. Pour the hot grog over them.
