Finely slice white cabbage (the best are jaroma cabbage, pointed cabbage or young cabbage). Cut the cucumber once across and cut into approx. 4 mm sticks (V-slicer 3.5 mm). Also cut the peppers and apple into sticks. Cut the carrot into julienne strips. Finely chop the dill.
Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar, dill and 2-3 tablespoon tartar sauce.
