This Anko ice cream is very easy to prepare and tastes pleasantly like Anko.
I used tsubushian in this recipe. If you don`t like bits of ice, you should use Koshian instead.
Put anko and condensed milk in a bowl and stir well.
Either put the mixture in an ice cream maker and prepare according to the manufacturer`s instructions, or put it in a cold-proof dish that holds about 1 liter and place in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Stir the ice with a fork every 30 minutes so that no large ice crystals form.
