Deglaze with the wine and reduce until there is almost no liquid left.
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
Add the carrot slices, tomato puree, ketchup, garlic and cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add the oregano and cinnamon, season with salt and pepper.
Spread the sauce on the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan and basil leaves and serve.
