Instructions

  1. Bring 1½ liter of water to the boil in a large saucepan. Wash, clean and cut the soup greens, then add to the water. Peel the carrots, cut into slices and also add to the water. When the water boils, add the chicken drumsticks and let the soup simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Then take out the legs and remove the bones and skin. Put the meat back in the soup and season the soup with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and add to the soup before serving.
