For Scheiblettenkäse, use a variety with a strong, yellow-orange color, if possible, looks nicer. Cheddar cheese would be ideal for this, but you hardly get it in this country.
Roughly chop the slices, melt with milk and cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
Chop the chilli peppers as finely as possible (if you like it milder, remove the kernels beforehand) and add to the pot.
Mix everything to a smooth mass, season to taste and add salt or grind with Tabasco if you like.
